Consulting

The process begins with a SWOT Analysis and consultation with the mentor and/or the agency owner. By incorporating the insights from a SWOT analysis into the hiring process, the agency can increase the chances of hiring a successful producer.

Interviewing and Testing

The new producer candidate and the agency owner or mentor complete DISC Behavioral Assessments. The candidate is interviewed to the criteria established by the agency The results of the interview and the assessments are reviewed with the agency owner or mentor.

Coaching

Weekly, one on one coaching includes skill building sessions, role play, and case studies with regular updates provided to the agency owner or mentor.
