Each additional 13 weeks coaching is $975

A $300 non-refundable enrollment fee is due at the time of application. This covers the cost of testing and interviewing. The balance of $2,675 is due when the candidate has been confirmed. The Dynamics of Selling and CLCS program are not included in the basic package and require payment of additional fees.

If the producer withdraws from the program after the webinars but before coaching begins, the agency will be refunded $1950. If the producer withdraws from the program at the end of the first 13 weeks, the agency will be refunded $975.

Interviewing and Testing

The very fact that you are successful at selling, may not serve you well when interviewing producer candidates. Afterall, it is in your DNA to be positive, optimistic, and upbeat. Your glass is always half full. This may make it difficult for you to see your producer applicants as they really are, and to present a realistic picture of the position. You may tend to go into a sales mode during an interview which makes it difficult for you to gain the information you need from the candidate in order to make an informed decision. 

We can provide the professional interviewing and testing you need to select the best candidate for your producer position. A DISC assessment is a behavioral assessment that businesses and other organizations can use to determine employees’ and managers’ leadership strengths and weaknesses. It aims to provide more self-awareness and insight, potentially improving operations and teamwork.We are both certified to administer and debrief DISC assessment reports. 

The fee will be credited to the Elite package should they subsequently apply to the program within six months.
